Zeina Moukarzel is a retired anesthesiologist, critical care physician and a former chief of ICU and Burn Center. Moukarzel holds a Master in Healthcare management, a Master in Public Health and a diploma in Addiction Medicine. She is also interested in Lifestyle Medicine and Health Promotion and is the founder and president of LAMSA (Lebanese Association of Medical Services for Addiction), a nonprofit non-governmental organization (NGO).
